EOI Submission & Investment Benefits:
Interested buyers must submit an EOI form with a refundable Rs. 5 Lac deposit by February 24, 2025, through official ABS channels. This pre-launch phase provides early investors a significant advantage, ensuring premium property options at exclusive rates. The official project launch event on February 17 will unveil all details, allowing investors to secure residential or commercial units, including 2 to 4-bedroom apartments and penthouses. Booking Process

Step 1: Submit Expression of Interest (EOI) Form
- Fill out the EOI Form with applicant details, property preference, and deposit amount (500,000 PKR).
- Submit the form online or physically at the ABS Developers office.

Step 2: Submit Payment Evidence
- Pay the EOI amount (500,000 PKR) via bank transfer, cheque, or cash (as per official account details provided).
- Send Payment Receipt to WhatsApp Helpline +92-3000-955-955 or email at installment@abs-developers.com.

Step 3: Pay Down Payment & Complete Booking (Within 15 Days)
- After EOI approval, the remaining down payment (as per company’s payment plan) must be paid within 15 days.
- Payment must be made via the company’s official bank accounts only.
- Complete the Booking Form & Payment Plan and provide any additional required documents.

Step 4: Booking Confirmation & Final Documentation
- Upon successful down payment, the booking is confirmed.
- Receive the official Intimation Letter.
- Proceed with the agreed payment plan for future instalments.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
- In case you choose not to proceed with the booking after reviewing the project details and payment plans, you may submit a refund request. Upon submission, you will receive a full refund, with no deductions, within 15 working days.
